After a career in the manufacturing sector, specialising in Quality and Environmental Systems, John has spent ten years running our Pennine-Pack Packaging Compliance scheme. He also created our award-winning Ethical Compliance concept which promotes UK recycling. John’s expertise and knowledge in environmental issues is vast, and that includes knowing the specialists who can help our clients if he can’t help them himself. Out of the office, John’s a trustee of two charities that support adults with learning difficulties.

Jim takes care of our clients through regular telephone contact with them, and he also handles sales, an area he’s familiar with from his previous career. Before that, he was a professional bass player!

Mary’s busy role is divided between admin and technology (she basically keeps the show on the road). Before joining us she was a cruise ship dancer.

Jane is an experienced business analyst and does what the rest of the team call the ‘boring stuff’, when she is not out having fun.
